Training Philosophy

1. Gateway to Glory

"The body cannot live without the mind" and vice versa with both being reliant on each other. We strongly believe in the power of movement and its ability to help those struggling with depression, anxiety, or life in general. No matter what is happening in your life, you can always use fitness as a salvation, a gateway to glory. 

2. Move Out

Having a 400 pound bench press is cool. Having a 600 pound squat is cool. But not being able to run a single sub 9 or even 10 minute is not. A chain is only as strong as its weakest link and if you are the slowest person in your unit, then you are legitimately slowing your unit down. You lack of speed and endurance can get people killed. You are a walking liability.
